Deleting your profile is a permanent and irreversible action. Once your profile is deleted, all transaction history and saved bank account connections will be permanently erased. If you wish to delete your profile on the Budget Mate app, you can easily do so by following these steps:
- Open the Budget Mate app and tap the Settings button located at the bottom right of the screen.
- Select “Profile” from the options provided.
- Tap on “Delete Profile” and carefully follow the confirmation prompt to complete the deletion process.
If you prefer not to delete your profile manually, you can request a deletion by submitting a “delete account” request here. Make sure to include the email address associated with the account you want to be deleted from our system.
Important things to note:
